The Ben Moreell Battalion & Training Ship Nicholas H. Anderson are located at Construction Battalion Center (CBC) Port Hueneme, California. Our spaces are the entire second floor of the old Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) headquarters building, Building 104, and include offices and classroom for training activities. YOU MUST CONTACT US AHEAD OF TIME so base access can be arranged.
